[Undertype-users] Fontconfig activation

I’m going to switch font activation to a full fontconfig-based mechanism.
I’ll do that without any consideration to previous settings.
If you do actual work with Fontmatrix, don’t update SVN trunk.

Why I don’t do that in a branch? Because I hope it will be done with few 
commits and it’s just normal evolution.
